Presidente do IBAMA atende reivindicação de advogados e aprimora o sistema SEI

Presidente do IBAMA, Dr. Eduardo Bim, atendeu reivindicação de grupo de advogados vinculados ao Portal DireitoAmbiental.com e se comprometeu a liberar acesso máximo ao sistema SEI para advogados, além de criar o usuário “advogado/a” no Sistema.

Em reunião realizada no dia 23 de fevereiro de 2021, o Presidente do IBAMA, Dr. Eduardo Bim, atendeu o pleito de grupo de advogados colaboradores do Portal DireitoAmbiental.com e sanou um problema operacional histórico.

A ideia da solicitação surgiu a partir de debate em um dos grupos de WhatsApp do Portal, onde participam advogados, professores e profissionais que atuam na área ambiental.

A partir disso, foi formulada uma requerimento e a abertura de uma solicitação junto ao IBAMA, conforme matéria divulgada em 22 de fevereiro no link direitoambiental.com/acesso-processo-ibama/ .

Trata-se de uma conquista para a Advocacia Ambiental, visto que até então os Advogados atuantes perante o IBAMA possuíam dificuldades burocráticas para acessar seus processos administrativos, tais como: demora para liberação de acesso e também tempo limitado para a visualização do processo.

Além disso, curiosamente o Advogado não possuía uma categoria para peticionamento, obrigando os profissionais a se identificarem como “cidadãos” ante a lacuna existente no sistema. Alguns até mesmo se identificavam como “cônsules” ou “vereador”, ante o desatino.

Imediatamente após o fim da reunião, o usuário “advogado/a” já fora criado e o compromisso de orientação para todas superintendências foi a de que advogados tenham o tempo máximo de acesso aos processos em que atuam, ou seja, de 9.999 dias.

Com isso, não haverá mais necessidade de reiterados pedidos de acesso, desburocratizando o procedimento e trazendo maior segurança jurídica a todos.
